Our story
South Swell Supply is built on decades of cross-border sourcing and manufacturing experience through the Eager Minds and West Shore network — already supplying institutions in 50+ countries.
The idea is simple. Australian and New Zealand swim schools, clubs, brands and operators deserve access to excellent manufacturing without the risk and friction of managing factories on the other side of the world. So we put the management here — in Auckland, in your time zone, in plain English — and the making there, with specialist partner factories coordinated from Dalian.
We are not a factory, and we are not a trading company forwarding your emails. We develop the specs, match the right factory to each product, inspect at three stages of production, consolidate mixed containers and manage freight until goods reach your door.

How we protect quality
Every order passes three checkpoints: pre-production approval of materials and colours, inline inspection during the run, and a pre-shipment AQL inspection with a photo report sent to you before goods leave the factory. Inflatables are pressure-tested for 24 hours; swimwear fabrics are wash- and chlorine-checked. Quality is written into the spec — never left to interpretation.
