Calm open ocean stretching to the horizon under a clear sky

A sourcing partner, not a supplier

Five services that turn manufacturing in China into a managed, transparent process for AU & NZ buyers.

OEM / ODM Development

We turn your idea into a manufacturable product. That means tech packs, material specifications, print files and costed options — before anything goes into production. If you have a finished design, we run OEM production against your spec. If you have only a concept, our ODM route adapts proven constructions to your brand, cutting development time from months to weeks. You approve a physical sample before committing to a production run.

Factory Network

Our supply chain is coordinated from Dalian, with specialist partner factories across China’s watersports manufacturing regions — neoprene and wetsuits, drop-stitch inflatables, technical swimwear knits, and soft goods. We match your product to the factory that actually specialises in it, rather than pushing everything through one generalist plant. Factory relationships are long-standing and audited; you always know where your product is made.

Quality Inspection

Three checkpoints on every order: pre-production (materials and colour approvals verified before cutting), inline (construction checked mid-run while faults are still cheap to fix), and pre-shipment (AQL sampling with a photo report you receive before goods leave the factory). Inflatables get 24-hour pressure tests; swimwear gets wash and chlorine checks. If something fails, it gets fixed before shipping — not argued about after.

Packaging & Mixed Containers

Retail-ready packaging designed around your brand: box art, hang tags, barcoded polybags, care labels. Then the part most suppliers can’t do: mixed containers. Because we coordinate multiple factories, we consolidate boards, swimwear, gear and accessories into a single shipment with one set of documents. Smaller brands get container economics without needing container volume in any single product.

Shipping to NZ & AU

Sea freight to Auckland or Sydney runs 20–30 days port to port; urgent soft goods can fly in 5–8 days. We prepare export documentation, arrange freight, and keep you updated at each milestone — booking, departure, arrival. Work with your own customs broker or use our recommended NZ and AU freight partners for door-to-door delivery. Landed cost estimates come with every quote so there are no surprises.
