    You share your idea, artwork or an existing product. We confirm feasibility and indicative costs.

    Design

    We prepare tech packs, print layouts and material specs for your sign-off.

    Sampling

    A physical sample is produced and couriered to you for approval.

    Production

    Bulk production with inline checks and a pre-shipment inspection report.

    Delivery

    Sea 20–30 days · Air 5–8 days

    Sea freight to Auckland or Sydney for full orders; air freight for urgent soft goods like swimwear and towels. Documents handled, updates along the way.

Your first order, week by week

  1. 1

    Week 1 — Brief & quote

    You send the RFQ. We confirm feasibility, match the factory and return a written quote with MOQ, unit cost band and timeline.

  2. 2

    Weeks 2–4 — Design & sample

    Tech pack signed off, sample produced in ~2 weeks and couriered to you. One revision round is normal for a first order.

  3. 3

    Weeks 5–9 — Production

    Bulk production runs 25–35 days with inline checks. You receive the pre-shipment inspection report with photos before anything ships.

  4. 4

    Weeks 10–14 — Shipping & delivery

    Sea freight to Auckland or Sydney takes 20–30 days. Light soft goods — swimwear, towels, caps — can go air freight in 5–8 days when the deadline demands it; boards and kayaks travel by sea. We quote both options where they make sense, handle documents and updates; goods clear customs and arrive at your door.
